The color is deep crimson with intense and dark violet reflections, indicating exceptional ripeness. The nose evokes graphite, mentholated blackcurrant, green pepper with a terroir touch evolving towards high-altitude garrigue, olives, camphor, and undergrowth. On the palate, the velvety tannins are supported by the freshness of the terroir, providing an additional dimension. The structure is present, but the trajectory on the palate is harmoniously striking, finishing on a finely distinguished fruity and spicy note.
