GRAPE VARIETIES : Syrah, Grenache

A beautiful very dark color with a violet rim. The nose combines black cherry and blackberry with hints of soot and coffee. Empyreumatic notes appear with aeration, suggesting successful aging in barrels and eggs. The palate is rich with substantial body and a fine balance. The tannins are fine, small but dense, and very precise on the palate.
