With dense minerality, this wine introduces us to a world oscillating between candle smoke (made from beeswax) and chestnut cream. Immediately, citrus notes propose a more suggestive melody… zest, small yellow and green lemons, and barely ripe mandarin dazzle our mucous membranes and then all our senses. The final element that seemed evident on the milky structure fades in the finish to form a harmonious balance of the original juice’s acidic/rich profile.
One can also detect fleeting flowers that will return later in their full maturity but, at this moment, appear slightly pyrolyzed, with a tendency towards essential oils, perfectly blending with our Mediterranean-Oriental spices.
