Grapes take up most of our time, and it is indeed the primary goal of our work: to produce the healthiest, most balanced fruits in harmony with the plant.

Everything is harmony: harmony of the natural environment, harmony of the fruit, harmony of the juices, harmony in aging. Each vineyard parcel is approached individually (from 0.30 hectares to 2.40 hectares) to maintain, until the last moment before harvest, the balance point where freshness will remain even at high ripeness.
