The nose reveals an extremely complex bouquet of quince, white truffle, and small flowers. The aromatic length is characterized by persistence due to very low yields and very elegant aging. Fermentation followed by aging in fine-grained, lightly toasted wooden barrels brings a gentle, harmonious chestnut glaze envelope.
