Appellation : AOP Chateauneuf-du-Pape
Terroir : Located on small terraces on the northeast slope of the appellation, the soils with rolled pebbles and multiple stones find their originality in a high proportion of complex clay. Here, Grenache will express even more wild fruit in the undergrowth and forest spices. This wine is natural and unfiltered, so sediment may form, ensuring our artisanal and respectful work.
GRAPE VARIETIES : 75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre

This cuvée is characterized by a structure that is both silky and firm. The attack is generous, very focused on its mineral power, yet fresh and Burgundian in style, with no indication that the alcohol content is around 15% Vol. It has a beautiful red robe with intense madder reflections. The wine’s universe releases very melted black licorice, red and black fruits in slight overripeness, interwoven with olives, cocoa, and truffles. Despite its hyper-concentration, it remains very fresh overall, appearing in a wholly feminine harmony. The finishes are of great length and impressive fluidity. A Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the most beautiful complex parcels, it is gourmet, precise, balanced, and distinguished.
