Terroir : Tithonian defines the era that preceded the famous Kimmeridgian of Burgundy. Both periods are rich in limestone, providing freshness and a unique complexity to the soils.
GRAPE VARIETIES
: Approximately 50/50 Grenache and Syrah, depending on the vintage.
This cuvée perfectly reflects the marked mineral soil, with peppery spices from the forest floor and black fruits that add to the natural richness of the wine. It offers a certain creaminess and depth, with an intelligent concentration and perfect balance.
