The harvest is done in two passes to preserve mineral freshness while seeking the maturity of the fruits.
The color is jade blended with golden blond. The nose offers a floral and mineral bouquet. The width and opulence of its aromas prepare us for a complex palate. The taste surprises with its range of sensations between smoothness and elegant liveliness. There are multiple layers: quince paste, yellow-fleshed fruits, spices, acacia honey, and limestone minerality. The overall impression, with its power and balance, places it equidistant between the great white crus of the Rhône and those of southern Burgundy.
