Syrah

Located in the northern part of the appellation and at altitude, our parcel of old Syrah vines on Les Méjeans benefits from all the favorable conditions to offer a pedoclimatic balance on our granites and gneiss as it existed 40 years ago.

Slow fermentation without added yeast in small vats. Long maceration of approximately 5 weeks.

A pure expression of Crozes-Hermitage with no overripe caricature, offering refined tannins thanks to our non-interventionist approach. We present you with the elegance of a mineral touch on the palate and the delicate, spicy persistence from our long and gentle macerations.
