THE FRESHNESS OF A TERROIR
Located on the heights of Gervans with stunning views of the Rhône River and the Hermitage hill, our 12 hectares of vineyards on granites covered with sandy loess offer wines of rare complexity. The vineyard, some vines over 100 years old, has renewed itself over decades, providing a diversity of massal selections and high-quality clones. It is thanks to the diversity of our soils and an optimal climate that our vines thrive, thus offering all the qualities required to produce exceptional wines.

WINEMAKING AND AGING
Harvested by hand, the grapes undergo gentle pressing with some whole clusters depending on the vintage, followed by indigenous yeast fermentation. The winery operates by gravity flow, and the wines are aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks, large oak barrels, and concrete eggs. All wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve the original expression of their terroirs.
